General Industry

We assist our members in complying with worldwide regulations for recycling e-waste, batteries and Blue Box Materials.

Individual Producer Responsibility (IPR) is a policy approach that places the primary responsibility for the management of a product, from its design and production to its end-of-life collection, treatment, and disposal, on the company that produces it.

This means that producers are no longer simply manufacturers, but are instead accountable for the entire lifecycle of their products, including the environmental impact they create.

  • Partner with a company offering compliance expertise and support specific to your area and material types.
  • Choose a company familiar with Canadian and American EPR regulations, including registration, reporting, and audit requirements.
  • Look for services like waste tracking and documentation management to simplify compliance.

Landbell Canada is an expert in all of the above. Reach out to our team for an Introduction Call!

The three-year transition period has officially concluded. Producers are now 100% responsible for the costs and operation of the residential Blue Box system. This includes managing collection logistics, meeting high provincial recycling targets, and annual reporting to the RPRA.

Meeting strict management requirements and recycling percentages alone is a massive administrative burden. As your PRO, we provide professional representation, manage your financial contributions, and ensure you are audit-ready, protecting your organization from the risk of non-compliance fines.

We work with the communities to collect and treat tonnes of waste and meet the compliance requirements of our producers.
